Which facial should I book?

Not sure which treatment is right for you? The Customized Signature Facial is a great place to start. Your skin will be assessed at the beginning of your appointment and your treatment customized to your current needs and goals.
I've never had a facial. Where should I start?

Welcome! The Customized Signature Facial is perfect for first-time clients. We'll discuss your skin, goals, current routine, and create a treatment that's right for you.
Should I stop retinol before my appointment?

Yes. Please discontinue retinol and other strong exfoliating products 3–5 days before your appointment, unless otherwise directed. If you're unsure about a product you're using, feel free to reach out before your visit.
Can I dermaplane if I have acne?

Dermaplaning is generally not recommended over active or inflamed acne. We can assess your skin and recommend a safer treatment or work around areas of active breakouts when appropriate.
How should I prepare for a chemical peel?

Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, scrubs, and other strong active products for 5–7 days before your peel. Avoid waxing or other irritating treatments in the treatment area beforehand, and let me know about any medications or skincare products you're currently using.
How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift typically lasts around 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
How long does brow lamination last?

Brow lamination typically lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth and aftercare.
What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Where do I park?

Complimentary parking is available in the surface lot on the property as well as behind the building. Additional arrival details will be included in your appointment confirmation.
When should I arrive?

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving a few minutes early is always welcome, but there's no need to arrive significantly early.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

Yes! You're welcome to arrive with makeup on. For facial treatments, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed before we begin. For lash services, arriving with clean, makeup-free lashes is recommended.
